What is included in the Rental Fee?A Personalized Consultation with our Yard Card Experts to help you create a unique Yard Card Creation. A 24 Hour Rental Period for the Yard Card. (Additional Days Available at a Reduced Rate) We come to the location of your choice and Set Up & Take Down you Yard Card.

What areas do you service?We service some of Mercer, Middlesex and Monmouth County, in Central New Jersey.

How far in advance should I book my yard card?Our Bookings are first come, first serve. We highly recommend booking as soon as you have a date in mind. Due to the popularity of our Yard Cards, many of our dates sell out fast. To avioid disappointmen, we always reccommend that you book sooner than later, as we can’t guarantee we will have availability closer to your date.

How do I reserve my yard card?Please click on the Book Now button, fill in your information and click submit. Once your booking is received by us, we will call you to finalized the details. Once payment is received, you will have the date reserved. We accept Venmo Payments. By clicking the Book Now AND making a payment, you are AGREEING that you have read and will honor ALL items listed in the terms.

Are any of the Yard Cards for sale?All our inventory if for the Rental Service Only. We install the Yard Cards and then pick them up later. However, we can create peices or a custom order for an addition fee that you may keep after delivery. Please ask us about this option.

When does installation and removal take place?The Yard Cards are installed in the Afternoon, Evening or Early Morning before your event. If your Yard Card is a surprise we can install after sundown. Please notify us if you have a specific timeframe in mind and we will try to work with you, one on one, to accommidate your needs. A Shorter timeframe for rental, will not reduce the cost of the rental.

How long does my sign stay up for and can I request a longer reservation time?All Yard Card Rentals are for 1 Day/24 Hours. We do allow for a extra rental time at reduced rate. Please call us and we can see if our inventory is still available to accommodate your extention. Please note the ability to extend your rental is based on availabity of our products and other rentals. We will also do our best to accomidate you whenever possible.

Where do you set up the Yard Card?Usually, our set up goes in the ground in a grassy area. We, however, have stands to set up in snow, on concrete, woodchopping, indoor or any surface as needed. We do use the stands if the ground is too hard for in ground installation.

What to do if we have an HOA?If you have a HOA (Home Owners Associaion), you must confirm with your HOA that the Yard Card is allowed on thier public property. Some HOA Managers are not familiar with what a Yard Card is. We suggest you show them a photo of one of our Yard Card Examples on our Website and/or direct them to us so we can answer all the questions or concerns they might have. Please Note: There will be no refund given if we have to remove a Yard Card after delivery due to a violation of HOA Rules or not getting permission. Also, Yard Cards must be removed by our team to assure their is no damage in the process. Yard Cards are Beautiful but Delicate creations that are subjet to scratching and damage if not handled properly and must not be Moved or Removed by anyone but the members of our team.

What if I do not own the property where the Yard Card will be installed?You must get the permission from the owner, to be able to have the Yard Card set up. There will be no refund given if we have to remove the Yard Card because failure of get the permission of the land owner. Please Note: There will be no refund given if we have to remove a Yard Card after delivery due to not getting permission to set-up a Yard Card on someone elses property. Also, Yard Cards must be removed by our team to assure their is no damage in the process. The set up will take place on School Grounds. What do we need?The customer must have a written permission from the school administration, that our company is allowed to be on school property to set up the Yard Card. Please Note: There will be no refund given if we have to remove a Yard Card after delivery due to not getting permission to set-up a Yard Card from the School. Also, Yard Cards must be removed by our team to assure their is no damage in the process. If I have a small yard, can you still rent a yard card?"Yes, absolutely! Please send us a pic of your yard and we will figure out the details. We have indoor set-ups available as well, along with our custom stands. We can accomidate even a very small area inside or outside.

Can I rent the signs and install them myself?Our set ups are unique to your location and created by our experienced staff. We want to keep it hassle-free for you, therefore we will do the installation and we will come back and pick up rental. Also, Yard Cards must be installed by our team to assure their is no damage in the process. What happens in the case when there is Hazardous Conditions?We normally can set-up our Yard Cards in almost any weather condition. However, If there is a hazardous condition present (High Winds, Lightnig, Weather Emergancys), we will reschedule the delivery to your requested date based on availability.

What if I want something special created for me?Anything is possible, if you give us enough time to create the special request! We will need 3-4 weeks' notice to create a custom design, and it will be an extra cost for the special request. Let's talk! They don't call us The Yard Card Experts for nothing! We can make your Yard Card Dreams a Reality!

Does someone need to be present for the delivery and pick up?No. If someone is around please notify them, so they know that we will be on the property. We would not want to startle anyone.

May I give a gratuity?Yes! Many of our cleints provide gratuity for our installation team. We do not contractually require a gratuity but if you think our team is deserving of a tip than we suggest you either add it at at the time of rental, give it to the team during set-up or take down or afterwards with our office team. Thank you in advance for your thoughfulness.
